Pinot Bianco – Cormon – 2021
Pinot Bianco – Cormon – 2021
Friuli-Venezia Giulia - Pinot Bianco di Cormòns comes to life thanks to the vineyards inserted in the gently rolling landscape that characterizes the Collio wine-growing area.
The Pinot Bianco grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for a long time at low temperature. The must ferments in steel and ages in large barrels.
It is a golden yellow wine with coppery highlights. The nose offers aromas of candy and banana, accompanied by notes of ripe acacia honey. The taste is sweet and full, characterized by velvety notes reminiscent of hazelnuts.
Ideal with fish appetizers and thinly sliced raw ham, it goes well with white and slow-cooked meats.

Santagostino Firriato – Chardonnay 2020 – Sicilia
Santagostino Firriato – Chardonnay 2020 – Sicilia
Santagostino Bianco was born from the union of two great grape varieties: Chardonnay, an “international par excellence” white grape variety, and Catarratto, an indigenous Sicilian grape variety.
A label born from a perfect fusion between character and elegance, a wine with marked aromas of fruit and citrus, and marked minerality. The historic Firriato vineyards are cultivated in Baglio Sorìansu, a terroir rich in food and an exceptional climate. A unique paradise immersed in the incredible landscape of the Saline di Trapani nature reserve between the beautiful cliffs of Erice and the sea from where you can see the Egadi Islands.
Santagostino presents itself in a splendid golden yellow color of beautiful brightness, with a broad and variegated aromatic framework reminiscent of broom and fruity aromas of white plum, peach and cantaloupe melon. The taste is fragrant with tangy notes.
A perfect wine with typical Sardinian pasta, but it pairs perfectly with delicate white meats and lightly aged cheeses.
