Malbec - Bodega Catena Zapata - Catena wines are the result of particular combinations of various vineyards of the Catena family, made by Laura Catena.
After 5 days of cold maceration intended to obtain the most delicate aromas of the skins, the wine ferments with wild yeasts for some 12 days; after which the maceration continues for another 20 days in search of the structure that will serve this magnificent fruit. Then, the wine will age in oak barrels of various ages following the profile of each wine.
Once the different preparations have been combined, we find ourselves in front of a wine of enormous freshness and elegance, very harmonious, in which the oak is integrated perfectly and with great precision of flavors. Catena Malbec is young, floral and flavorful; a pure varietal wine which retains the typicity of the grape and the elegant austerity of honest wine. It has the revealing aromas and light, velvety texture of the grape and a dry, long and pleasant finish.

Sauvignon-Blanc - Bright yellow green color. Aroma, Varietal character, with citric notes and a final note of peaches and herbaceous aromas. Taste Light and fresh with a balanced palate.
