Dry Muscat, one of the most aromatic wines in the Les Jamelles range: rich, with intense flavors of peach and exotic fruit.
On the nose, its scents of fresh peach and lychee are accompanied by floral nuances of lavender and rose. It is rich in the mouth, very fragrant and without heaviness. It shows a very nice balance between richness and acidity and offers a finish of honey, nougat and mandarin.
As an aperitif, with melon, prawns or grilled fish, Asian food or even with a red fruit tart.

Viognier is one of the favorite white wines in the Les Jamelles range. With its fruity aromas, roundness and freshness, Viognier has some nice surprises in store when tasting it.
All the markers of Viognier are there, to the great delight of lovers of this grape variety: the roundness, the floral and honeyed notes... all supported by a beautiful freshness which makes this wine very dynamic.

Color: Golden white color with emerald reflections, clear and bright.
Nose: The honest and frank bouquet is expressed with notes of citrus fruits, white-fleshed fruits, with a touch of minerality which brings tension.
Palate: The palate, very pleasant, in the softness, offers a velvety texture, pleasant, with a good integrated acidity. A racy and well-balanced wine.

Chablis, located near Auxerre in the Yonne department, is among the northernmost vineyards of Burgundy. He is therefore at the “gates” of Champagne and the Paris region on which he relied to make his reputation.
- The nose offers elegant aromas of white flowers such as acacia, mixed with citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), all carried by a beautiful mineral (gunflint) and fruity (white fruits) framework.
