100% Nero d'Avola - "Intense and dense ruby color on sight. The nose is concentrated and well defined, first with notes of morello cherry and wild berries, then enriched by notes of rhubarb, clove, liquorice and tobacco. The taste is soft and smooth, warm and full-bodied, persistent, balsamic and velvety on the finish. It is left to rest for a year in French and American oak barrels, then matured for six months in bottle. Persuasive and harmonious, it is a Nero d'Avola historically considered the symbol of modern Sicilian oenology of quality, capable of combining power and elegance in the same sip." - Ideal to accompany main meat dishes, it is excellent with lamb with mushrooms.

Ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is very intense; notes of red fruits dominate, followed by light spicy notes. On the palate, it is soft, with a full body and present but velvety tannins. Good persistence finish. Excellent with starters in meat sauce, it ideally accompanies main dishes of red, grilled and roasted meat.

Zenato's Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a classic, excellent and attractive red wine cuvée from the Italian DOC Valpolicella wine region in Veneto. This red wine is vinified from the Corvina, Rondinella and Sangiovese grape varieties.
